I have worked with few individuals and also in a care home as well.
With individual i have worked with Mr Stewart Green, who is a type two Diabetic patient and also got dementia that requires help with his medication and Insulin.
I have also worked in a Care Home with lots of patients that needs different cares, from changing stomach bags and giving personal care to patients with stroke.
